Absolutely. All consultations at Sevonroo are completely complimentary. We strongly encourage new clients especially for colour corrections, skin treatments, and bridal packages to schedule a consultation first so we can design the perfect treatment plan for you.

We exclusively partner with premium, professionally graded brands including Kerastase, Olaplex, Dermalogica, Environ, and OPI. All our products are cruelty-free and where possible, environmentally conscious and sustainably sourced.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% service fee. We understand that life happens — please always contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
